The establishment of ON Offshore Network SA was a result of a pilot project focusing on the opportunities for a supplier network in the Kristiansund region.
The initiation for the pilot project came from KOM Vekst and Innovasjon Norge participated financially. Another result of the pilot project was an application of funding for establishment directed to Innovasjon Norge.
9th of July 2014 the application was granted. Innovasjon Norge allocated 1.88 million NOK towards the projects first three years. Costs associated with establishment, education, development, creation of databases, etc. are included in the scope of the funding.
